Such private service stations shall comply with all standards as outlined <br />in Section 9-14(17). <br />22. Commercial Automobile Re air The replacement of any part or repair of <br />any part which does not require the removal of the engine head or pan, engine, <br />transmission, or differential; incidental body and fender work, minor painting <br />and upholstering service when said service is applied to passenger automobiles <br />and trucks not in excess of seven thousand (7,000) pounds gross vehicle weight. <br />23. Auto or Motor Vehicle Reduction Yard A lot or yard where one (1) or more <br />unlicensed motor vehicles, or the remains thereof, are kept for the purpose of <br />dismantling, wrecking, crushing, repairing, rebuilding of parts, sale as scrap, <br />storage, or abandonment. When any portion thereof is completely separated from every other <br />part thereof by area separation, each portion of such building shall be deemed <br />as a separate building. <br />29.
