53. Depth of Lot. The horizontal distance between the frontage right-of--way line <br />and rear lot line. On a corner lot, the side with the largest frontage is its depth, <br />and the side with the lesser frontage is its width. <br />• 54. Depth of Rear Yard. The horizontal distance between the rear building line <br />and the rear lot line. <br />55. Disposal Area, On-Site Sewage Treatment That ground within the confines <br />of the lot that does not contain buildings and has an elevation of at least eighty <br />(80) inches above the highest known or calculated water table or bedrock <br />formation; does not slope in excess of thirteen percent (13%); and meets the <br />requirements of permeability as determined by the rate of water percolation in the <br />soil. <br />56. Dredging: The process by which soils or other surface materials, normally <br />transported by surface water erosion into a body of water, are removed for the <br />purpose of deepening the body of water. <br />~7. This shall include, but not necessarily <br />be limited to, the following; car and truck wash, drive-in banking, restaurants <br />where some or all customers may consume their food and/or beverages in an <br />automobile, restaurants providing carryout or delivery service, service stations, <br />parcel pick-up, and similar uses. <br />59. Dru<~ Storesr'Ph~u~macies. Establishments engaged in the retail sale of <br />~rescripLion drugs, proprietarS drugs, and nonprescription medicines, and which <br />may also c~irry a number of related lines, such. as cosmetics, toiletries, tobacco, <br />~u~d novelty merchandise. These stores are. included on the basis of their usual <br />trade designation rather than on the stricter interpretation of commodities handled. <br />I-his industry includes dru~~ stores which Also operate a soda fount~iin or lunch <br />counter. <br />60. Dwelling. A building or one (1) or more portions thereof occupied or <br />intended to be occupied exclusively for human habitation, but not including <br />rooms in hotels, motels, nursing homes, boarding houses, nor trailers, tents, <br />cabins, or trailer coaches. (Also see Dwelling Unit.) <br />61. Dwelling -Attached. A dwelling which is joined to another dwelling at one <br />(1) or more sides by a party wall or wall. <br />• 62 Dwelling -Detached.
