<br />35 kv or greater, or bulk gas or fuel being transferred from station to station and
<br />not intended for enroute consumption or other similar equipment and accessories.
<br />77. Exterior Storage (Includes O en Stora~el The storage of goods, materials,
<br />equipment, manufactured products, and similar items not fully enclosed by a
<br />building.
<br />78. Family. An individual, or two (2) or more persons each related by blood,
<br />marriage, adoption, or foster care arrangement living together as a single
<br />housekeeping unit, or group of not more than four (4) persons not so related,
<br />maintaining a common household, exclusive of servants.
<br />79. Farm, Rural -Agriculture A rural farm is a commercial food producing use
<br />on ten (10) or more contiguous acres and as defined under a portion of the
<br />Minnesota Agricultural Property Tax Law (Green Acres Law) Section 273.111
<br />Agricultural Property Tax.
<br />80. Farm, Suburban - Agriculture A suburban farm is a non commercial food
<br />producing use primarily intended for the use of the residents, and usually on less
<br />than ten (10) contiguous acres. Suburban agricultural uses may include
<br />production of crops such as fruit trees, shrubs, plants, flowers, vegetables, and
<br />domestic pets.
<br />81. Feed Lot. The place of housing or feeding of livestock or other animals for
<br />food, fur, pleasure, or resale purposes in yards, lots, pens, buildings, or other areas
<br />not normally used for pasture or crops and in which substantial amounts of
<br />manure or related other wastes may originate by reason of such feeding of
<br />animals.
<br />82. Fence. A partition, structure, wall, or gate erected as a dividing marker,
<br />visual or physical barrier, or enclosure.
<br />83. Fill. Any act by which soil, earth, sand, gravel, rock, or any similar material
<br />is deposited, placed, pushed, or transported and shall include the conditions
<br />resulting therefrom.
<br />84. Final Plat. A drawing or map of an approved subdivision, meeting all
<br />requirements of the Subdivision Ordinance, and in such form as required by the
<br />community for purposes of recording.
<br />85. Firearm. Any weapon (including a starter gun) which will can or is designed
<br />to or may readily be converted to expel any missile, projectile, bullet or other
<br />mass through a barrel by means of explosives or gas or air, and any frame,
<br />receiver, muffler or silencer of any such weapon, but excluding the following:
<br />children's toy guns, "BB" guns, antique firearms, scuba guns, medical
