159. Open Sales Lots. Lands devoted to the display of goods for sale, rent, lease, <br />or trade, where such goods are not enclosed within a building. <br />160. Open Storage. Storage of any material outside of a building. <br />Owner. Includes all persons with an interest in a property as fee simple owner, <br />life estate holder, encumbrancer, or otherwise. <br />161. Paint, Glass. and ~'~-"allhaper Stores Rct~il L;stablishments engaged in <br />selling primaril}~ paint glass, and tivallpaper, or ~n~y comuination of these <br />Lines, to the general public. Vdhile these establishments may sell primaril}~ to <br />construction contractors, they arc kno~~~~ as retail in the trade. Establishments <br />~~hich do not sell to the general public or ~~ho are. known in the trade a5 <br />~~~~holcsale are excluded. <br />162. Parking Space. A suitably surfaced and permanently maintained area on <br />privately owned property either within or outside of a building of sufficient size to <br />store one (1) standard automobile. <br />163. Pawn Shop. Defined but not allowed in any district A business which loans <br />money on deposit or pledge of personal property, or other valuable thing, or <br />which deals in the purchasing of personal property or other valuable thing on <br />condition of selling the same back again at a stipulated price, or which loans <br />money secured by chattel mortgage on personal property, taking possession of the <br />property or any part thereof so mortgaged. <br />164. Pedestrian Way. A public or private right of way across or within a block or <br />tract, to be used by pedestrians. <br />165. Performance Standards. The minimum development standards as adopted <br />by the governing body and on file in the office of the Zoning Administrator. <br />166. Person. Any person, corporation, partnerships, or association of any type <br />including governmental agencies and political entities. <br />167. Personal Wireless Services. Commercial mobile services, unlicensed <br />wireless services, and common carrier wireless exchange services. <br />168. Photocopy°in~z and Dunlicalim~ Serviceti Establishments primarily engaged <br />in reproducing text, drawings, pl~uls. tllaps, or other copy. by blueprinting, <br />photocopying, mimcographin~~, or other methods of duplication other th~ul <br />printing or microfilming. <br />169. Photos~raphic Studios, Portrait Establishments primarily engaged in still or <br />~ idco portrait photography fur the ~~eneral public. <br />170. Precious Metals. "Precious metals" means silver, gold, and platinum. <br />171. Precious Metal Item.
