• e. Signs. All signs visible from a public right-of--way (road, street, highway) and <br />located or proposed for location on public land shall be considered as a structure <br />to be included on plans by the university, fairgrounds, and school districts subject <br />to review by the City of Falcon Heights. <br />9-11.02 Manufactured Homes <br />Subdivision 1. Manufactured or "mobile" homes as defined in this chapter and <br />per Minn. Stat., §327.31, Subd. 6, shall be permitted on any legal lot in the "R-1" <br />and "R-2" residential districts under the following conditions that apply also to <br />any other type of principal residential building permitted: <br />a. No principal residential building shall be less than 50 feet by 20 feet in <br />outside dimensions (20 ft. one side and 50 ft. the other). <br />b. All one and two family residential buildings shall have a basement as <br />defined and regulated in the city building code. <br />c.
