<br />5.4.5 Non-Point Source Reduction <br />5.4.5.1 Non-Point Source Reduction Goals <br />Reduce non-point source pollution loads to City water bodies. <br />5.4.5.2 Non-Point Source Reduction Policies <br />Policy WQUAL2a: Require adherence to the Ramsey County Soil <br />Erosion and Sediment Control Handbook for all construction sites within <br />the District.
