Falcon Heights City Code, 2007 -Chapter 2: Administration Page 2 of 5 <br />. (a) City elections. The regular city elections shall be held on the first Tuesday after <br />the first Monday in November in each odd-numbered year. <br />(b) Terms of mayor and councilmembers. The terms of offices of mayor and the four <br />city councilmembers shall be four years. The councilmember terms shall be staggered with two <br />seats open each election. <br />(Code 1993, § 2-1.01(A), (B)) <br />State Law References: City elections and terms of office, Minn. Stats. § 412.02 et seq. <br />Sec. 2-20. Salaries. <br />(a) Salary of mayor. The salary of the mayor shall be $450.00 per month. <br />(b) Salaries of city councilmembers. The salary of each city councilmember shall be <br />$300.00 per month. <br />(Code 1993, § 2-1.01(C), (D); Ord.
