The required public hearing is scheduled for this meeting, and a draft
ordinance is provided for your review and any further changes you with to
make.
In order for this matter to move forward, it is essential that we have a quorum on
Tuesday evening. We know that two commissioners are out of town. Therefore,
it is essential that the remaining commissioners be present. If something has
come up and you are unable to be present, please notify staff immediately.
In the event that there is no quorum, the public hearing will still be held as
scheduled.
Thank you for all your work and thoughtful discussion on these sign issues.
Have a great weekend!
•
HOME OF THE MINNESOTA STATE FAIR AND THE U OF M INSTITUTE OF AGRICULTURE
PRINTED ON RECYCLED PAPER
