a. one-half (1/2) hour before and one-half (1/2) hour after <br />the start of the regular school day as established by the school <br />b. one-half (1/2) hour before and one-half (1/2) hour after the <br />end of the regular school day as established by the school <br />3. The five (5) parking spaces shall be signed to indicate that these <br />spaces are `no parking' areas during the one hour around the start and <br />end times of the school day. <br />C. Parking <br />1. During loading times there will be twenty (20) parking spaces <br />available for general parking and two (2) spaces for handicapped parking <br />as designated in Exhibit 1. <br />2. During non-loading times there will be twenty-five (25) parking <br />spaces available for general parking and two (2) spaces for handicapped <br />parking as designated in Exhibit 1. <br />• 3. The number of faculty and staff are limited to twenty (20) in order to <br />assure adequate parking on the site. An additional two employees may <br />be employed if they are eligible to use the handicapped parking spaces. <br />a. If the number of employees utilizing the regular parking <br />spaces exceeds twenty (20), a parking plan demonstrating how <br />parking will be provided for the additional individuals must be <br />approved by the city administrator. The parking plan may: <br />1) provide for the construction of two additional <br />parking spaces as designated in Exhibit 1. These parking <br />spaces must conform with all city codes at the time of the <br />plan, including landscaping. A certificate of survey <br />identifying the applicable property lines must accompany <br />this plan. <br />2) include a parking arrangement using car pooling or <br />agreements for shared parking with neighboring properties <br />that demonstrates that no more than twenty (20) on-site <br />parking spaces will be needed during the loading times and <br />that no more than twenty-five (25) spaces will be needed <br />during non-loading times. <br />• <br />
