• <br />No. 96-12 <br />Date: 9/25/96 <br />CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />CITY COUNCIL RESOLUTION <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A VARIANCE FOR 1795 HOLTON STREET <br />On September 25, 1996, the Falcon Heights city council granted the following <br />variance request for 1795 Holton Street: <br />A variance of three feet to allow a utility shed to be built at an interior <br />• side setback of two feet where a minimum of five feet is required in <br />the zoning code. <br />That the existing utility shed on the site be removed prior to the construction <br />of the new shed. <br />a. That the granting of the variance will not be detrimental to the public <br />welfare; <br />b. That the granting of the variance will not substantially diminish or <br />impair property values or improvements in the area; <br />c. That the granting of the variance is necessary for the preservation and <br />enjoyment of substantial property rights; <br />d. That the variance will not impair an adequate supply of light and air to <br />• adjacent property. <br />
