C, <br />No. 96-21 <br />CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />COUNCIL RESOLUTION <br />Date: 1 1 /27/96 <br />A RESOLUTION FOR PROVISION PERTAINING TO TOWERS <br />WHEREAS, in order to accommodate the communication needs of <br />residents and businesses while protecting the public health, safety, and general <br />welfare of the community, the city council finds that these regulations are necessary <br />to: <br />1. Facilitate the provision of wireless telecommunication <br />services to the residents and businesses of the city; <br />2. Minimize adverse visual effects of towers through careful <br />design and siting standards; <br />• 3.
