• No. 95-28 <br />CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />COUNCIL RESOLUTION <br />Date: October 11. 1995 <br />ARESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PUBLICATION OF A SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE 95-07 <br />WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 95-07 is entitled "An ordinance amending Chapter 9-2.04 <br />subd. 1 of the city code relating to accessory buildings and structures" and contains several <br />pages of text; and <br />WHEREAS, the contents of said ordinance can be summarized as follows: <br />Amends 9-2.04 subd. 1 (c) related to minimum setbacks for residential garages. <br />Amends 9-2.04 subd. 1 (d) related to maximum height for residential garages. <br />Amends 9-2.04 subd. 1 (i) related to use of utility structures; and <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes Section 412.191 authorizes publication of ordinance <br />• summaries in lieu of publication of the entire text of ordinances under certain circumstances. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the City of Falcon Heights, <br />Minnesota that: <br />1. Publication of this resolution, which includes a summary of Ordinance 95-07 will clearly <br />inform the public of the intent and effect of the ordinance. <br />2. A copy of this resolution shall be published in lieu of publishing a copy of Ordinance 95- <br />07 in its entirety. <br />3.
