• Amending Chapter 9 - 9.01 (B -2) the purpose and intent statement to <br />include uses that minimize the negative impact on adjacent residential <br />neighborhoods, to replace bank with financial institution as a permitted <br />use and to add other requirements prohibiting the use of bars on <br />windows and automatic security lock doors during business hours and <br />exterior storage of merchandise. <br />Amending Chapter 9 - 10.01 (B - 3) Changing the name of the district <br />to the Snelling and Larpenteur Community Business District, the purpose <br />and intent statement to includes uses that provide neighborhood and <br />community business services and do not negatively impact adjacent <br />residential neighborhoods, to add bowling alley, coin and philatelic store, <br />precious metal dealer and therapeutic massage enterprise to the <br />permitted uses. To delete general merchandise stores as a permitted use. <br />To add second hand ood s stores and >:>:>:<::>~:~:;~; >::»::.:>:::; ::<::":'.:::~::.::>::>:<>:::_>::>::>::.::::>::>::>::, <br />conditional uses. To add pool tables and electronic games as an <br />accessory use to a bowling alley. To add other requirements prohibiting <br />the use of bars on windows and automatic security lock doors during <br />business hours and exterior storage of merchandise. <br />Ordinance 0 - 94 - 06 An ordinance amending chapter 5, section 1.03 of <br />• the city code relating to regulation of specific <br />businesses and products by adding regulating and <br />licensing of therapeutic massage enterprises and <br />precious metal dealers <br />Amending Chapter 5 Section 1.03 to include licensing requirements for <br />therapeutic massage enterprises and precious metal dealers. <br />Ordinance 0 - 94 - 07 An ordinance amending chapter 5, section 4.01 of <br />the city code relating to license fees for a precious <br />metal dealer and therapeutic massage enterprises <br />Amending Chapter 5 Section 4.01 to include investigation and licensing <br />fees for therapeutic massage enterprises (5200 and 5 100) and precious <br />metal dealers (5 1, 500 and 5 2,600). <br />Ordinance 0 - 94 - 08 An ordinance amending chapter 5. sections 5.01, <br />5.02 and 5.04 of the city code relating to an interim <br />development moratorium on commercial zonina_ <br />districts <br />• Amending Chapter 5 Section 5. 01 of the interim development <br />moratorium to state that the planning study is completed on all uses <br />except stores selling firearms and ammunition. <br />
