No. R-93-31 <br />• CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />C O U N C I L R E S O L U T I O N <br />Date: 7/28/93 <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING A VARIANCE FOR 1731 PASCAL ST. <br />WHEREAS, Ronald and Dorothy Ronchak, 1731 Pascal St. has requested <br />a variance of three feet on the north sideyard setback for construction of a <br />new garage; and <br />WHEREAS, the planning commission at the July 26, 1993 meeting <br />studied and discussed the issue after which the following findings for <br />recommending the granting of the variance were submitted to the city council: <br />a. That the amendment to the variance will not be detrimental <br />to the public welfare; <br />b. That the amendment to the variance will not substantially <br />diminish or impair property values or improvements in the <br />area; <br />c. That the amendment to the variance is necessary for the <br />• preservation and enjoyment of substantial property rights; <br />d. That the amended variance will not impair an adequate supply <br />of light and air to adjacent property; <br />e. That the amended variance will not impair the orderly use <br />of the public streets; and <br />f.
