No. R-92-16 <br />CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />C O U N C I L R E S O L U T I O N <br />Date: May 13, 1992 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT <br />WHEREAS, a resolution of the city council adopted the 8th <br />day of April, 1992 fixed a date for the council hearing on the proposed <br />improvement of Cleveland Avenue from Larpenteur Avenue to Roselawn <br />Avenue by reconstruction of the existing street; <br />AND WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published <br />notice of the hearing was given, and the hearing was held thereon on the 13th <br />day of May, 1992, at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an <br />opportunity to be heard thereon. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF FALCON <br />HEIGHTS, MINNESOTA: <br />1.
