i No. R-92-22 <br />CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />C O U N C I L R E S O L U T I O N <br />Date: _ 6/24/92 <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE CITY'S COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE PLAN <br />FOR LOTS 3, 4, 5 AND 6 OF STRATFORD OFFICE PARK ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, the Falcon Heights comprehensive land use plan calls <br />for limited business on the 3 1/2 acres of property north of city hall; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, land use demands did not support this designation; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, there is a demand for medium density residential use <br />of the property and it is appropriate to change the comprehensive land <br />use plan to reflect this designation; and <br />.
