No. R-92-26 <br />• CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />C O U N C I L R E S O L U T I O N <br />Date: 7/9/92 <br />A RESOLUTION VACATING CERTAIN EASEMENTS WITHIN THE <br />PLAT OF STRATFORD PROFESSIONAL OFFICE PARK, <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />WHEREAS, certain drainage and utility easements within <br />Lots 3, 4, 5 and 6, Block 1, Stratford Professional Office Park, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota, were dedicated on the plat of Stratford <br />Professional Office Park, Ramsey County, Minnesota, filed on the 3rd <br />day of August, 1987, in Book 101, page 28, as Document No. 2395291, and <br />WHEREAS, said property is located within the City of Falcon <br />Heights and the council of the City of Falcon Heights has determined by <br />a vote of at least four-fifths of its members, after a public hearing <br />preceded by at least two weeks published and posted notice, that it is <br />• in the best interests of the public to vacate said easements, and <br />WHEREAS, written notice has been mailed to each property <br />owner affected by the proposed vacation at least ten days prior to the <br />public hearing, and <br />WHEREAS, the aforedescribed easements do not terminate at or <br />abut upon any public water, and <br />WHEREAS, the aforedescribed procedures are all in accordance <br />with Minnesota Statute Sec. 412.851, regulating vacations by statutory <br />cities. <br />NOW THEREFORE, it is resolved by the council of the City of <br />Falcon Heights that the easements described as follows are hereby vacated: <br />The utility easement located within Lots 3, 4, 5 and <br />6, Block 1, as designated on the plat, and the drainage <br />and utility easement located within Lot 6, Block 1, of <br />Stratford Professional Office Park, Ramsey County, <br />and vacate the stormwater holding pond easement on Lot <br />6, Block 1 of the Stratford Professional Office Park. <br />
