• <br />RESOLUTION 92 - 43 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE <br />TURNBACK OF A PORTION OF THE T.H. 51 <br />RIGHT-OF WAY <br />• <br />• <br />WHEREAS: the Minnesota Department of Transportation has indicated a desire to turn back <br />a portion of the T.H. 51 right-of--way; and <br />WHEREAS: a portion of the turned back right-of--way is to be used for a landscaping and entry <br />improvement, akeady permitted by MnDOT, at the- Amoco Station located at <br />Snelling and Larpenteur Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS: it is MnDOT's policy to not turn back right-of--way between November 1, and <br />April 1, so as not to cause a maintenance hardship; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Falcon Heights, Minnesota: <br />1. The City Council hereby requests the turnback of the right-of--way on the west side of <br />T.H. 51 between Larpenteur Avenue and Roselawn Avenue as expeditiously as possible <br />without regard to time of year. <br />2.
