Attachment B <br />• <br />RESOLUTION 91-27 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT <br />WHEREAS, a contract has been let for .the improvement of Hamline Avenue <br />between the centerline of Larpenteur Avenue and the centerline of <br />County Road B by Ramsey County, and the contract price for such <br />improvement is $1,426,322.75, and expenses incurred_ or to be <br />incurred in the making of such improvement amounts to $399,400 for <br />so that the total cost of the improvement will be $1,825,722.75. <br />• <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Falcon <br />Heights, Minnesota: <br />1. The portion of the cost of such improvement to be paid by other funding <br />sources including the City is hereby declared to be $1,748,722.75 and <br />the portion of the cost to be assessed against benefited property <br />owners is declared to be $77,000. <br />2. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the consulting city engineer, <br />shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed <br />for such improvement against every assessable lot, piece, or parcel of <br />land within the district affected, without regard to cash valuation, as <br />provided by law, and shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in <br />the City office for public inspection. <br />3. The clerk shall, upon completion of such proposed assessment roll, <br />notify the Council thereof. <br />Passed and adopted this 8th day of May, 1991. <br />ATT E T • '~ <br />Shirley G.
