a. Pathways <br />• Pathways designated on the City's pathway plan are considered <br />to be of City wide benefit and are funded by the City. <br />8. Maintenance/Rehabilitation Projects <br />a. Cold In Place Recycling and Repavin (CIR/Repaying) <br />Cold in place recycling and repaving shall be assessed to the <br />abutting property on a lot basis. <br />b. Bituminous Overla <br />Bituminous overlay projects shall be assessed to the abutting <br />property on a lot basis. <br />c. Crack Sealing <br />Crack sealing is a maintenance procedure funded by the City. <br />d. Bituminous Seal Coatin -~ <br />Bituminous seal coating is funded by the City with no <br />• assessments to the abutting property. <br />IV. STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENTS <br />A. Definitions <br />1. Storm-Sewer Improvement District <br />The City Council has established a storm sewer tax district <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statute 444.16 through 444.21. The City <br />Council may, at its discretion, construct and finance storm sewer <br />improvements by utilizing this fund. These statutes are <br />reproduced in the Appendix. <br />2.
