No. R-90-25 <br />CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />C O U N C I L R E S O L U T I O N <br />Date- June-27, 1990 <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO <br />OPERATE A PET GROOMING AND PET BOARDING BUSINESS <br />AT 1600 N. SNELLING, NORTHOME SHOPPING CENTER, <br />IN A B-2 DISTRICT <br />WHEREAS, the City of Falcon Heights received an application <br />from Roberta Madison for the issuance of a conditional use permit <br />to operate a pet grooming and pet boarding business at 1600 N. <br />Snelling, Northome Shopping Center in a B-2 District; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council did carefully consider the request <br />as well as the recommendations made by the City's Planning <br />Commission after holding the required Public Hearing; and <br />WHEREAS, it was determined that the conditional use permit <br />meets all the general and specific requirements set forth in <br />Section 9-15.04, Subdivision 3(a) of the Zoning Code; <br />• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City <br />of Falcon Heights that a conditional use permit for the operation <br />of a pet grooming and boarding business at 1600 N. Snelling be <br />granted subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Maintain limited boarding as a secondary business. Board <br />a maximum of ten animals including the business owners <br />animals, but not including animals on the premises for <br />grooming only with no overnight accommodation. <br />2.
