• <br />No R-90-37 <br />CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />C O U N C I L R E S O L U T I O N <br />Date 9/26/90 <br />A RESOLUTION ENTERING INTO AGREEMENT <br />NO. 63866 WITH THE STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND AUTHORIZING <br />EXECUTION OF SUCH AGREEMENT <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Falcon Heights enter into <br />Agreemen t No. 63866-1 with the State of Minnesota, Department of <br />Transpor tation for the following purposes, to-wit: <br />to amend and modify Agreement No. 63866 dated March 10, 1987 to <br />provide for: <br />• 1. the City to pay only 50 percent of the cost of their <br /> determined contributing flow for the storm sewer <br /> construction located north of Larpenteur Avenue; <br />2. elimination of the provision which makes the City <br /> responsible for storm sewer facilities maintenance; <br />3. deletion of all City cost tree and shrub construction; <br />4. a City cost share advancement schedule; <br />5. deletion of all City cost Hoyt Avenue (County State Aid <br /> Highway No. 56) and Roselawn Avenue (county Road 114) <br /> construction; and <br />6. addition of significant City cost supplemental sanitary <br />sewer and water main construction under State Projects <br />No. 6216-91 (T.H. 51=125) and No. 6216-100 (T.H. <br />51=125). <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City Officers are hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute such agreement. <br />• <br />1 <br />
