CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />C O U N C I L R E S O L U T I O N <br />• <br />No. R-87-3 <br />Date January 14, 1987 <br />A RESOLUTION RELATING TO PERSONS HAVING ACCESS TO SAFETY DEPOSIT <br />BOX AT NORTH STAR STATE BANK <br />WHEREAS, Alan J. Rolek, does certify that he is Treasurer of the City of <br />Falcon Heights, Minnesota, duly organized and existing under and by virtue <br />of the laws of the state of Minnesota, and as such has access to all of the <br />original records of said City and has further certif ied that to law and <br />the by-laws of said City on the 14th day of January, 1987, a quorum <br />being present and voting thereon, the following resolution was unanimously <br />adopted: that the following is a true and correct copy of said resolution/ <br />or correct information as it appears in the records of said City: that the <br />same have not been altered, amended, or repealed, and are now in full force <br />and effect; and that I am one of the duly authorized and proper officers <br />of this City and make copies/or copy of its records in his behalf. <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that the leasing of a safe or safes now or hereafter in <br />the Safe Deposit Vaults of the North Star State Bank of Roseville, <br />Roseville, Minnesota, in the name of this City by the City Council of <br />• Falcon Heights, or any one of them, by and hereby is authorized and <br />confirmed. <br />AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the authority to have access to, and <br />full control of the contents of said safe or safes, to remove any part <br />or all of the contents, to exchange or surrender such safes, to <br />have the same rights and control of the contents of safe or safes <br />held in such exchange be, and is given to the following: <br />1. Alan J. Rolek, Treasurer <br />2. Tom Baldwin, Mayor <br />3.
