No. <br />CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />COU1iCIL RESOLUTIOp <br />Date May 27, 1987 <br />A RESOLUTION RELATIpG TO GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR <br />DEMOLITION AND TOTAL REBUILD OF THE SUPER AMERICA (SAVE MORE) <br />STATION AT 1350 WEST LARPENTEUR AVENUE <br />WHEREAS, the City of Falcon Heights received an application dated April <br />8, 1987, for the issuance of a conditional use permit to demolish and <br />rebuild a Save More Station at 1350 West Larpenteur Avenue by Super <br />America, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council did carefully consider the request as well as <br />the recommendations made by the City's Planning Consultant, and held <br />the required public hearing, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Falcon <br />Heights that a conditional use permit for demolition and rebuild of the <br />Save More Station, 1350 West Larpenteur Avenue, be granted subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. No deliveries or parking in alley, <br />• 2. Specifics of landscaping, height of plantings, etc. to <br />screen residential lot to the west, and other buffering <br />such as fencing must be approved by the City Planner. <br />3. Hours of operation shall be limited to 6:00 A.M. to <br />11.:00 P.ri. Sunday through Thursday, and 6:00 A.M, to <br />12:00 Midnight on Friday and Saturday. <br />4. Trash pickup must be between the hours of 7:00 A.M. <br />and 7:00 P.M. <br />5. Voice boxes will be used only for emergencies after <br />8:00 P.M. <br />6.
