R-87-35 <br />CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />C' O U N C I L R E S O L U T I O N <br />--_-Date- September 9 = 1987 <br />AMENDING RESOLUTION R-87-24 RELATING TO A PERMANENT <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR BULLSEYE GOLF CENTERS, INC. <br />(GOLF-O-MAT GAMES) <br />a <br />WHEREAS, the City Council granted a permanent conditional use permit <br />to allow the use of twelve (12) Golf-O-Mat games in the firm's <br />basement, and <br />WHEREAS, Dennis Hunt, President of Bullseye Golf, Inc. has requested <br />permission to install four (4) additional machines, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Resolution R-87-24 be amended <br />to read as follows: <br />1. The operation is limited to sixteen (16) <br />machines with the occupancy limit being <br />posted as designated by the City Fire <br />Marshal. <br />2.
