R=86-9 <br />CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />• <br />C O U N C I L R E S O L U T I O N <br />Date Februar 26, 1986 <br />---------------------------------------------------------------- y ---------- <br />A RESOLUTION RELATING TO INDEMNIFICATION OF CITY OFFICERS AND <br />EMPLOYEES <br />RESOLVED, That The City Council of the City of .Falcon Heights, <br />pursuant to its statutory obligations under Minnesota Statutes, Section <br />466.07, Subd. lA, shall indemnify and provide a defense for any employee <br />or officer, whether elective or appointive, including individuals serving <br />as: <br />(a) any member of the governing body of the named insured; <br />(b) any member of boards or commissions of the named insured; <br />(c) any elected or appointed official of the named insured; <br />(d) any employee of the named insured; <br />(e) any volunteer person or organization while acting on <br />behalf of any insured; <br />(f) any other authorized person or agent of the named insured <br />while acting on behalf of any insured, but excluding <br />independent contractors <br />• against any court or administrative claim or demand, whether groundless or <br />otherwise, arising out of an alleged act or omission occurring in the <br />performance of duty, subject to the limitations on maximum liability <br />prescribed by Minnesota Statutes, Section 466.04.
