R-86-11 <br />CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />• C O U N C I L R E S O L U T I O N <br />Date February 26, 1986 <br />A RESOLUTION RELATING TO REQUESTING A VARIANCE FROM CURRENT <br />MUNICIPAL STATE AID STANDARDS <br />RESOLVED, That maintenance costs on Municipal State Aid streets in the <br />City are in excess of the standard maintenance allotment. <br />RESOLVED, That the request for an increase in the Maintenance allotment <br />was not filed in a timely manner. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Falcon <br />Heights that a variance be requested from Minnesota Rules for State Aid <br />Operations 8820, 1400 Subpart 3. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Commissioner of Transportation be and <br />is hereby requested upon receipt of this resolution to transfer twenty- <br />five (25) percent of the total 1986 Municipal State Aid Allotment to <br />the Maintenance Fund. <br />L_J <br />Moved by Councilmember Hard <br />Seconded by Councilmember Ciernia <br />Yeas Nays <br />t/~ALDWIN ~in Favor <br />~2`I ERN IA <br />y/~IARD ~ Against <br />G-~2~IEI~OWET~i <br />Adopted by Counci 1 February 26, 1986 <br />Approved by ~d'},/j ~~~~~~ <br />Mayor <br />c <br />Dat <br />Attested by '~ <br />Clerk <br />Date <br />=~fc~`~~ <br />s ~' % ~ e~ <br />~~ <br />Administrator <br />
