No. R-86-22 <br />CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />C O U N C I L R E S O L U T I O N <br />• Date May 14, 1986 <br />R RESOLUTION RELATING TO ORDERING THE PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS <br />TO ROSELAWN AVENUE (CLEVELAND TO 280) SUBJECT TO CONDITIONS <br />WHEREAS, the County of Ramsey has let bids for the improvement of <br />Roselawn Avenue from .Cleveland Avenue to Trunk Highway 280, and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Falcon Heights will share in the cost by assessing <br />the University of Minnesota for project Numbers S.A.P. 62-626-0 and <br />62-626-02, and <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights <br />hereby orders the construction of the above project subject to Ramsey <br />County lending the City of Falcon Heights the full construction cost <br />at no cost to the City until such time the Minnesota Legislature passes <br />legislation appropriating said funds to the University of Minnesota <br />to pay for the improvement cost. <br />• <br />Moved by Councilmember Chenoweth <br />Seconded by Councilmember Hard <br />Yeas Nays <br />~ALDWIN ~ in Favor <br />~IERNIA <br />r~ARD ~ Against <br />~HENOWETH <br />tOrALLIN <br />opted by Council May 14, 1986 <br />Approved by ~ ,~ <br />Kayor ~~ <br />May 14, 1986 <br />Date-. <br />,' <br />Attested by ~' ~ r~,~. >~~ :~'d <br />erk Administrator <br />May 14, 1986 <br />Date <br />
