NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />• CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council (the <br />"Council") of the City of Falcon Heights, County of Ramsey, <br />State of Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, <br />February 27, 1985 at 7:30 p.m. at the City Hall, 2077 <br />Larpenteur Avenue, Falcon Heights, Minnesota, relating to the <br />additional development activities within Development District <br />No. 2 (the "Development District") pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 472A, as amended, and Minnesota Statutes, <br />Sections 273.71 to 273.78, inclusive, as amended. The hearing <br />is also relative to establishment of Tax Increment District No. <br />2 and a proposed Tax Increment Financing Plan for Tax Increment <br />District No. 2, copies of which will be on file and available <br />for public inspection at the City Hall. <br />The parcels to be included in Tax Increment District <br />No. 2 are within the Development District and are more <br />specifically described in the proposed Tax Increment Financing <br />Plan for Tax Increment District No. 2. They include: <br />• Owner Description <br />University of Approximately 6 1/2 acres in size <br />Minnesota located at the SE corner of the <br />intersection of Coffman Street and <br />Larpenteur Avenue. <br />Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to <br />the above items will be heard at this meeting. <br />BY ORDER OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />Dewan B.
