No. R-85-22 <br />CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />• <br />C O U N C I L R E S O L U T I O N <br />Date rg~yTZ98~ <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION RELATING TO EXEMPTING 1666 COFFMAN FROM <br />SUBDIVISION REQUIREMENTS <br />RESOLVED, That 1666 Coffman, a condominium, is a development that involves <br />individually owned condominium units as well as common areas (on land as <br />legally described in Exhibit A) and <br />WIIEREAS, the development includes the division of a parcel of land into two (2) <br />or more lots or parcels for the purpose of transfer of ownership which by <br />definition is a ~~ subdivision~~ pursuant to Part 17 of the Zoning Code of the <br />City of Falcon Heights; and <br />WHEREAS, Ramsey County has indicated it will not require subdivision for tax <br />assessment purposes; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Falcon <br />Heights finds that subdividing of the development is not necessary for the <br />protection of the public health, safety and general welfare of the City and that <br />so long as the County is able to describe the property utilized by the <br />development for tax purposes, the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights <br />waives any subdivision requirements of the City~s Zoning Code. <br />Moved by MaYOr Eggert Approved by"J (f ~- ~(j~ ` --- <br />Mayor ~j <br />Seconded by Councilmember Baldwin <br />r-- <br />ate <br />'as mays <br />c~ggert s Attested by ._2 <br />Cierna ~yn Favor Clerk Admin. <br />/$aldwin Against <br />C~Iard ~_~ <br />~henoweth at <br />Adopted by Council May 8, 1985 <br />
