L_J <br />• <br />financing plan for Tax Increment Financing District No. 1-3 in <br />accordance with Minnesota Statutes, Section 273.71 to 273.78 <br />and Chapter 472A (collectively the "Act"); <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br />the City of Falcon Heights that public hearings on said <br />proposals will be held at the times and places set forth in the <br />Notices of Hearing hereto attached and incorporated herein by <br />reference. The Clerk-Administrator is authorized and directed <br />to cause said Notices of Hearing to be published in a newspaper <br />of general circulation in the City at least once not less than <br />10 days nor more than 30 days prior to the date of hearing and <br />to cause a copy of said notice to be mailed to the County <br />Auditor of Ramsey County and the School Board Clerk of <br />Independent School District No. 623 and the School Board Clerk <br />of Special Intermediate School Board No. 916. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing <br />resolution was duly seconded by member and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following vote in favor thereof; <br />Mayor Eggert, Councilmembers Hard, Ciernia, and Chenoweth <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed <br />and adopted. <br />1 ` <br />Ronald C.
