NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />• <br /> <br />CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council (the <br />"Council") of the City of Falcon Heights, County of Ramsey, <br />State of Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, <br />June 24, 1985 at 7:15 p.m. at the City Hall, 2077 Larpenteur <br />Avenue, Falcon Heights, Minnesota, relating to the establish- <br />ment of an economic development tax increment financing <br />district ("Tax Increment Financing District No. 1-3") within <br />Development District No. 1, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, <br />Chapter 472A, as amended, and Minnesota Statutes, Sections <br />273.71 to 273.78, inclusive, as amended. The hearing is also <br />relative to the adoption of a tax increment financing plan for <br />Tax Increment Financing District No. 1-3, a copy of which will <br />be on file and available for public inspection at the City <br />Hall. <br />The property proposed to be included in the Tax Increment <br />Financing District No. 1-3 is generally described as follows: <br />Description <br />That land generally located north of Larpenteur <br />Avenue, east of Fairview Street and east of <br />Cleveland Avenue (including the Hawkins Trust <br />property.) <br />Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the <br />above items will be heard at this meeting. <br />BY ORDER OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />Dewan B.
