LARPENTEUR/COFFMAN IMPROVEMENTS <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />FALCON HEIGHTS, MINNESOTA <br />HELD: JULY 10, 1985 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was duly called and held at <br />the City Hall in said City on the 10th day of July, 1985 at 7:00 P.M. <br />The following members were present: <br />Acting Mayor Ciernia, Baldwin and Chenoweth and the following were <br />absent: Mayor Eggert and Councilmember Hard. <br />The meeting was held pursuant to resolution adopted June 12, 1985, <br />calling a public hearing on the proposed Tatum Street Improvements of 1985 <br />in said City, as more particularly described in the Notice of a Public Hearing <br />ordered at said June 12, 1985 meeting, a copy of which is attached hereto. <br />The Clerk-Administrator presented affidavits showing the due publication and <br />mailing of the Notices of Hearing and the Acting Mayor announced that the <br />Council would hear all persons who cared to be heard for or against the <br />improvements as outlined in the Notice of Hearing. All persons present <br />were afforded an opportunity to present their views and objections to the <br />making of said improvements, and no objections were presented, except as <br />• follows: <br />Name of Ob'ector Property Objection <br />NONE <br />• <br />
