No. R -85-39 <br />CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />C O U N C I L R E S O L U T I O N <br />Date July 24, 1985 <br />A RESOLUTION RELATING TO ORDERING THE CITY ENGINEER TO PREPARE A <br />FEASIBILITY STUDY AND PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE LINDIG AVENUE <br />UTILITY EXTENSION <br />RESOLVED, That the Council adopted an ordinance establishing a general policy <br />relating to local improvements such as utilities and special assessments <br />therefore in July, 1984; and <br />RESOLVED, That the City Council acting pursuant to this policy wishes to <br />examine the feasibility of a storm drainage improvement project on Lindig <br />Avenue; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the City Council of the City of Falcon <br />Heights orders its Gity Engineer to provide a feasibility study and plans <br />and specifications for the proposed Lindig Avenue storm drainage improvement <br />projects. <br />• <br />Moved by Councilmember Chenoweth <br />Seconded by Mayor Eggert <br />Yeas Nays <br />• !/~gert <br />~In Favor <br />~erna <br />~$aldwin <br />~/flard ~ Against <br />~henoweth <br />l <br />------------------------- - ~- -- - ---L- -------------- <br />"'w- <br />Approve l~y ,'; <br />J Mayo <br />~/~/~~ <br />~D to e T <br />Attested by ~i~~~ ~. <br />Clerk.
