C I'1'Y OF FALCON HEIGHT <br />.,~ Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the City Council <br />of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota was held on the 11th of January, <br />1984. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Eggert, Councilmembers Chestovich, <br />Ciernia, Baldwin, and Hard and the following were absent: <br />None. <br />Councilmember Chestovich introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 84-1 <br />A RE50LU`t'ION vE~IGIYATING THE 0~'FICIAL DEPOSITOkY <br />FOK THE GENERAL, AND SINKING FUNliS 0~' THE t;ITY 0~' <br />FALCON HEIGHTS <br />wHERr~AS, the City of Falcon Heights does not have a bank within its <br />boundaries, and in the pant has designated North Star State Bank, Roseville, <br />as its depository for the funds of the City of Falcon Heights, <br />Now TH ' 'FO1tE, ~ IT ttE.`~OLVEli, by the City Council of the City of <br />Falcon Heights: That the North Star State Bank of Roseville be designated <br />as depository for the funds of the City of Fa1;on Heights, and the City <br />Treasurer is authorized to deposit general and other funds therein. <br />i <br />BS IT FURTHEtt tcE~uLVEi), that collateral shall be furnished by the North <br />Star State Bank as required by law. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilmember Ciernia and upon a vote being taken thereon, the follow- <br />ing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Eggert, Councilmembers Chestovich, Ciernia <br />Baldwin and Hard and the following voted against the same: <br />None. <br />WHERE'tTPON, the resolutioa waa declared duly passed and adopted. <br />.-~~~--~ <br />Ronald C.
