CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a special meeting of the City Council <br />of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota was held on the 29th day of February, <br />1984. ' <br />The following members were present: Mayor Eggert, Councilmembers Ciernia, <br />Baldwin, Hard and Chestovich, and the following members were absent: None. <br />Councilmember Baldwin introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 84--6 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REQUEST OF MARIE <br />NODLAND FOR A SUBDIVISION OF HER PROPERTY <br />WHEREAS, Marie Nodland, 1749 N. Fairview, is the owner of certain real estate <br />located in the City of Falcon Heights in an R-1 zoning, and <br />WHEREAS, said owner has requested subdivision of said real estate pursuant to <br />Ordinance No. 69 of said City, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following parcel be subdivided: <br />The south 94.76 feet of the North 1913.7 feet of the east <br />490 feet of the SW i/4 of Section 16, T29N, R23W. Subject <br />to New Brighton Road, <br />and the western tract shall be as follows: <br />The south 94.76 feet of the north 1913.7 feet of the east <br />490 feet of-the SW 1;14 of Section 16 TN29, R23W, except the <br />east 290.7 feet thereof. Subject to Lindig Street, Ramsey <br />County, MN <br />The motion for the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Hard and upon a vote being taken the following voted in favor <br />thereof: Mayor Eggert, Councilmembers Ciernia, Baldwin, Hard and Chestovich <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />r <br />Ronald C.
