• <br />RESOLUTION 84-10 <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE ENGINEER TO DRAW PLANS <br />AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE LARPENTEUR AVENUE TAX <br />INCREMENT WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENT AND SANITARY <br />SEWER EXTENSION <br />• <br />CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />City Council of Falcon Heights, Minnesota was held on the 14th of March, <br />1984. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Eggert, Councilmembers <br />Baldwin, Hard, Chestovich and Ciernia, and the following were absent: <br />None. <br />Mayor Eggert introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is proposing a water main improvement and <br />sanitary sewer extension in a tax increment district, and <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary to have plans and specifications prepared <br />for consideration, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Falcon Heights, <br />Minnesota, that the City Engineer be directed to prepare plans and <br />specifications for the Larpenteur Avenue water main improvement and <br />sanitary sewer extension. <br />The motion for the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council- <br />member Ciernia and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thereof: Mayor Eggert, Councilmembers Baldwin, Hard, Chestovich and <br />Ciernia, and the following voted against the same: None. <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was <br />declare duly passed and adopted. <br />f: <br />- t= <br />C.
