CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on March <br />28, 1984. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Eggert, Councilmembers Baldwin, <br />Hard, Chestovich and Ciernia, and the following were absent: None. <br />Councilmember Chestovch introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption. <br />RESOLUTION 84-11 <br />RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE WEEK OF APRIL 8 THROUGH <br />APRIL 14 AS LEAGUE OF WOMEN VOTERS OF ROSEVILLE <br />WEEK <br />WHEREAS, members of the League of Women Voters of Roseville have <br />served the residents of Falcon Heights since 1953; and <br />WHEREAS, during these years members of the League of Women Voters <br />of Roseville have done much to encourage educated nonpartisan political <br />activity; and <br />WHEREAS, members of the League of Women Voters of Roseville have <br />given generously of their time and efforts as volunteers assisting in all <br />• phases of elections; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, it is proclaimed that the week of April 8 to April 14, <br />1984 be <br />LEAGUE OF WOMEN VOTERS OF ROSEVILLE WEEK <br />and that sincere appreciation is expressed by the City of Falcon <br />Heights for all of the assistance and cooperation of the League of Women <br />Voters of Roseville. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Hard and upon a vote being taken, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Eggert, Councilmembers Baldwin, Hard, Chestovich <br />and Ciernia, and the. following voted against the same: None. <br />WHEREUPON, the resolution was declare dul p ssed a d opted. <br />~ 1 <br />f ~.,, <br />Ronald C.
