• CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS Pursuant to due call and notice thereof., a meeting of the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 25th day of April, 1984. The following members were present: Mayor Eggert, Councilmembers Chestovich, Ciernia, Baldwin and Hard and the following were absent: None. Councilmember Ciernia introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 84-16 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING JOINT AND COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT FOR USE OF PERSONNEL AND EQUIPMENT - REGIONAL MUTUAL AID ASSOCIATION WHEREAS, the City of Falcon Heights desires to become a member of the Regional Mutual Aid Association and its Mayor is. its. authorized representative, and; Clerk Administrator its alternative representative, and; WHEREAS, a mutual need exists between members of the Regional Mutual Aid Association to share and assist one another in the areas of emergency, disaster control, and mitigation, and; • WHEREAS, the City of Falcon Heights considers it to be in the best interest of the City to enter into a mutual agreement with the other members of the Regional Mutual Aid Association. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Falcon Heights enter into agreement with the Regional Mutual Aid Association and hereby authorizes its Mayor to represent the City of Falcon Heights in this association and the Mayor is authorized to sign said agreement in behalf of said City of Falcon Heights. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Baldwin and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Eggert, Councilmembers Chestovich, Ciernia, Baldwin and Hard and the following voted against the same: None.
