<br />CITY OF FALCON HEIGHT <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota was held on the 25th <br />day of July, 198l~. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Eggert, Councilmembers <br />Chestovich, Ciernia and Hard, and the following were absent: Baldwin. Mayor <br />Eggert introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 81~-22 <br />A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE 1984 SEAI,COATING- <br />ALL STREETS YuEST OF SHELLING AND YvALKi~vAY TO <br />THE SDUTH OF FALCON w00D5~3 <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Falcon Heights had advertised <br />for bids to sealcoat streets west of Snelling and the walkway to the <br />South of Falcon Woods#3, and <br />WHF.~REAS, the following bids were presented at bid opening at <br />2:00 P.M., July 25, 1984: <br />Walkway to South <br />,• Base Bid Falcon Woods # <br />Buffalo Bituminous $2 ,2 0.00 $2, 30.00 <br />Midwest Asphalt $25,370.00 $2,050.00 <br />3ituminous Roadways, Inc. $27,984.00 ~2,7k6.l~0 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE I T RESOLOED, by the City C ounc i1 of the City of <br />Falcon Heights that the bid be awarded to Buffalo Bituminous, Box 337, Buffalo, <br />Minnesota 55313, to sealcoat all streets West of Snelling and the Walkway to <br />the South of Falcon Woods #3 in an amount not to exceed $26,690.00. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Chestovich and upon a vote being taken, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: Mayor Eggert, Councilmembers Chestovich, Ciernia <br />and Hard, and the following voted against the same: None. <br />WHEREUPON, the resolution was <br />this 25th day of July,.1984. <br />ATTEST: <br />/.l~.t%! <br />Dewan B.
