CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />Pursuant to due call and notice hereof, a regular meeting of the City Council <br />• of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota was held on the 25th day of July, <br />198~t. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Eggert, Councilmembers Chestovich, <br />Ciernia and Hard, and the following members were absent: Councilmember <br />Baldwin. <br />Mayor Eggert introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 84-23 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROPING THE REQUEST OF CAROL <br />R. AND V. ELVING ADtDERSON FORA SUBDIVISION <br />OF THEIR PROPERTY <br />WHEREAS, Carol R. and V. Elving Anderson, 1775 North Fairview, are-..the owners <br />of certain real estate located in the City of Falcon.He~,ghts in an R-1 zoning, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, said owner has requested subdivision of said real estate pursuant to <br />Ordinance No. 69 of said City, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVID, that the following parcel be subdivided: <br />Unplatted lands, Sub to New 3righton Rd the S 91~ 76/100 ft <br />. of N 11139 9/10 ft of E 30 acres of SW 1/!~ of Section 16, <br />Township 29, Range 23, <br />and the western tract shall be as follows: <br />The South 91.76 feet of the North 1439.9 feet of the East <br />30 acres of the S~ 1/!~ of Section 16, Township 29N, Range <br />23W, according to U.S. Government Survey for Road Easement <br />and except the East 290.7 feet hereof. <br />The motion for the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Chestovich and upon a vote being taken, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: Mayor Eggert, Councilmembers Chestovich, Giernia and Hard, and <br />the following voted against the same: None. <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared ~ passed and adopted. <br />. ~~gertit Mawr <br />ATTEST: <br />-~% <br />swan B.
