<br />CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />• <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the Falcon Heights City Council was held on the 25th day of July, 1984. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Eggert, Council- <br />meanbers Chestovich, Ciernia and Hard, and the following were absents <br />Councilmeanber 3ladwin. <br />Councilmeanber Chestovich introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoptions <br />RESOLUTION 84-26 <br />A RESOLUTION AWARDII~ HAYLS CON7~tACTORS, INC . <br />THE CONTKACT FOR THE LARPENTEUR AVENUE WATERMAIN <br />Il~ROVEMENT (FAIkVIEW AVENUE TO CLEVELAND AVENUE) <br /> <br />VHEREAS, the City Council of .the City of Falcon Heights determined <br />a need to ..increase the I;arpenteur Avenue Watermain (Fairview to Cleveland), <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Council .ordered the improvement and called for bids, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the lowest responsible bidder was Hayes Contractors, Inc., <br />lOlO Currie Avenue North, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55403, in the amount of <br />$127,270.00. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, <br />Minnesota hereby awards the contract to Hayes Constructors, Inc. in the <br />amount of $127,270.00. <br />The motion for the foregoing resolution was du1,y seconded by <br />Councilmember Hard and upon a vote being taken, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: Mayor Eggert, Councilmembers Chestovich, Ciernia and Hard, and <br />the following voted against the same: None, <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was ~ec~Lared duly passed and adopted. <br />C .
