Member _~~~~~ introduced t'ne following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 84-28 RESOLUTION REQUESTING REPORT OF PLANNING COMMISSION ON PROPOSAL TO FORM A TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT AND ADOPT • A TAX INCREMENT FINANCING PLAN AND CALLING FOR CONSULTATION tti1ITH OTHER AFFECTED JURISDICTIONS AND PUBLIC HEARING WHEREAS: A. A development program and a development district within the City under the provisions of T~I.i.nnesota Statutes, Section 273.71 to 273.78 and Chapter 472A (collectively the "Act") ("Development District No. 2") were adopted by the City Council of the City of Falcon .Heights on July 11, 1984 ~ A proposal to form a tax increment financing istret and tax increment financing plan within such Development District No. 2 is being referred to the Planning Commission for review and comment ten days before the public hearing; B. At the tune of the public hearing, the City Planning Commission will file its report on said proposal with the City Council and have an opportunity to comment on said proposal;
