,, <br />• RESOLUTION 84-29 <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF FALCON HEIGHTS, MINNESOTA <br />HELD: August 8, 1984 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the City. Council of the City of Falcon Heights, <br />Minnesota was duly held at the City Hall in said City on the <br />8th day of August, 1984 at 7:00 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: <br />Mayor Eggert, Councilmembers Chestovich, Cernia, <br />Hard and Baldwin and the following were absent: None. <br />That Mayor Ronald Eggert introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />• A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING <br />ON THE 1982 ALBERT AND PASCAL STREET <br />IMPROVEMENTS <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Falcon <br />Heights, Minnesota as follows: <br />1. WHEREAS, certain street, curb and gutter reconstruction <br />of Albert and Pascal Streets within the City was accomplished in <br />1982; and <br />2. WHEREAS, the City Council has determined to reassess <br />the costs associated with these local improvements to benefitted <br />property owners; and <br />3. WHEREAS, the City's Ordinance Establishing a General <br />Policy Relating to Local Improvements and .Special Assessments as <br />well as Minn. Stat. §429.061 require notice and an opportunity fog <br />public hearing prior to said reassessment; and <br />4. WHEREAS, the Clerk-Administrator is authorized and <br />directed, with the advice of the City Attorney, to prepare and <br />publish appropriate notices for a public hearing on the afore- <br />mentioned reassessments to be held at 8:00 o'clock p.m., Wednesday <br />• <br />
