CITY <br />OF FALCON HEIGHTS, MIP7NESOTA <br />HELD: SEPTEMBER 19, 1984 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a public <br />hearing of the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held at 7:15 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members of the Council were present: <br />Mayor Eggert, Councilmembers Hard, <br />Baldwin, Ciernia and Cnestovich <br />and the following were absent: <br />none. <br />• <br />2~2ember Mayor Eggert introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its .adoption: <br />RESOLUTIOPd 5~~- 32 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND <br />TAX INCREMENT FINANCING PLAN, <br />DECLARING PUBLIC PURPOSE, <br />REQUESTING CERTIFICATION OF ORIGINAL <br />' ASSESSED VALUE, PROVIDING FOR FILING, <br />ADMINISTRATION - <br />~VHEREA5 <br />A. The City of Falcon Heights has formed a <br />development district known as Development District No. 2 on <br />July 11, 1984. It has been purposed that the City of Falcon <br />Heights create a tax increment financing district within <br />Development District No. 2 and adopt a development program and <br />tax increment. financing plan therefor under the provisions of <br />Minnesota Statutes, Section 273.71 to 273.78 and Chapter 472 <br />(collectively the "Act"). <br />B. In accordance with the provisions of the Act, the <br />City Council has consulted with the Planning Commission and the <br />members of the Board of Commissioners of Ramsey County and the <br />School Board of_ Independent Sc'nool District No. 623 and Special. <br />Intermediate School Board No. 916; <br />• <br />
