Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of <br />the City of Falcon Heights, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held at 7:00 o'clock <br />• p.m. <br />The following members. of the Council were present: Mayor Eggert, Councilmembers <br />Hard, Baldwin, Ciernia and Chestovich, and the following were absent: None. <br />Mayor Eggert introduced the following resolution and. moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 84-33 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING. DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT BY AND AMONG <br />THE CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS AND BULLSEYE GOLF CENTERS, <br />INC. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Falcon Heights has formed a development district known as <br />Development District No. 2 on July 11, 1984 and has created a tax increment financing <br />district within Development District No. 2 and has adopted a development program <br />and tax increment financing plan therefor under-the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, <br />Section 273.71 to 273.78 and Chapter 472 (collectively the "Act"). <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights <br />authorizes the Mayor and Clerk Administrator of the City to enter into the <br />Development Agreement by and among the City of Falcon Heights and Bullseye Golf <br />Centers, Inc. dated September 19, 1984. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Hard and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: Mayor Eggert, Councilmembers Hard, Baldwin, Chestovich and Ciernia, and <br />the following voted against the same: None. <br />WHEREUPON, the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />~~~~~ ~ <br />Ronald C.
