RESOLUTION 84-40 <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF FALCON HEIGHTS, MINNESOTA <br />HELD: OCTOBER 25, 1984 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota was duly held at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members of the Council were present: <br />bSayor Eggert, Councilmembers Hard, <br />Baldwin and Chestovich <br />and the following were absent: <br />Ciernia. <br />Member _Chestovich: introduced the following <br />• resolution and moved its adoption:. <br />RESOLUTION REGARDING PROPOSED STORTZ <br />WATER DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS IN THE <br />UNIVERSITY GROVE AREA. <br />WHEREAS: <br />The City Council adopted an ordinance establishing <br />a general policy relating to local improvements such as storm <br />water sewers and related special assessments in July 1984; and <br />WHEREAS: <br />The City Council acting pursuant to this policy wishes <br />to examine the feasibility of a storm water drain improvement <br />project in the University Grove section of the City; and <br />WHEREAS <br />The City received on October 25 a letter and report <br />from its engineer, Robert Schunicht, regarding the need for <br />and feasibility of the aforementioned storm water drain im- <br />provement project. <br />• <br />
