• <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br />the City of Falcon Heights that pursuant to the provisions of <br />Minnesota Statutes, Section 415.021, the codification of the <br />ordinances of the City of Falcon Heights entitled "Municipal <br />Code of Falcon Heights" dated December 12, 1984, a copy of <br />which has been presented to and examined by this City Council, <br />is hereby approved and adopted as the code of ordinances of the <br />City of Falcon Heights. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk-Administrator is <br />directed to mark at least one copy of the codification as the <br />official copy to be filed and maintained at all times in the <br />office of the Clerk-Administrator for use and examination by <br />the public. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk-Administrator is <br />directed to cause a substantial quantity of the codification <br />to be printed and placed in the office of the Clerk-Administrator <br />for general distribution and sale to the public and to cause <br />notice, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A, <br />that copies of the codification are available for public <br />examination and purchase in the office of the Clerk-Administrator <br />to be published in the official newspaper once each week for two <br />consecutive weeks. <br />• BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Municipal Code of Falcon <br />Heights shall be in force and effect from and after publication <br />of such notice. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by member Ciernia and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor Eggert, Councilmembers Hard, Baldwin, <br />Chestovich and Ciernia <br />and the following voted against the same; <br />IJone . <br />Trlhereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br />Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of <br />• <br />Dewan B.
