CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, was held on the 13th day <br />of January, 1982. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers <br />Eggert, Larson, Ciernia and Chestovich, and the following were absent: None. <br />Councilmember Eggert introduced .the following Resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 82-4 <br />A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE OFFICIAL DEPOSITORY <br />OF THE LIQUOR FUNDS OF THE CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />WHEREAS, the City of Falcon Heights does not have a bank within its <br />boundaries, and in the past has designated the Roseville State Bank of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, as its depository for the funds of the City of <br />Falcon Heights,. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City <br />of Falcon Heights: That the Roseville.State Bank be designated as depository <br />for the Liquor Funds of the City of Falcon Heights and the City Treasurer is <br />authorized to deposit liquor funds therein. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that collateral shall be furnished by the <br />Roseville State Bank as required by law. <br />• The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Larson and upon a vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereofc Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Eggert, <br />Larson, Ciernia and Chestovich, and the following voted against the same: <br />None. <br />WHEREUPON, the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />-2.?-~a <br />Willis C.
