CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Falcon Heights was duly called and held at the <br />City Hall in said City on the 27th day of January, 1982. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Council- <br />members Eggert, Larson and Chestovich, and the following were absent: <br />Councilmember Ciernia. <br />adoption: <br />Mayor Warkentien introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />RESOLUTION 82-10 <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING A PUBLIC HEARING ON STREET <br />INPROVEMENTS, CURB AND GUTTER, AND STORM SEWER IM- <br />PROVEMENTS IN THE AREA BOUNDED BY LARPENTEUR AVENUE <br />ON THE NORTH, HAMLINE AVENUE ON THE EAST, HOYT AVENUE <br />ON THE SOUTH AND SNELLING AVENUE ON THE WEST <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is proposing the upgrading and improving <br />the streets in the above mentioned area, including storm sewer, and <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 requires that a Public <br />Hearing be held if said benefited properties are to be assessed, <br />• NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Falcon Heights, <br />Minnesota that a Public Hearing be held on-March 9, 1982 at 7:OO p.m. in the <br />City Hall at 1644 W. Larpenteur Avenue, Falcon Heights, Minnesota, to consider <br />the above improvements at an estimated cost of $487,180.00. <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />secondedby Councilmember Larson, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereoft Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Eggert,. <br />Larson and Chestovich, and the following voted against the same: None. <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />f~ <br />L ~ ~~ y <br />Willis C.
